KIRD to provide tailored lectures to NTA EPLP of Egypt

KIRD has provided its tailored lectures to *Executive Presidential Leadership Program (EPLP). It is a part of cooperative activities based on the MoU with National Training Academy of Egypt (NTA).

The program was held for 2 days from August 8 to August 10, 2021 for 75 EPLP training participants among the officials of Egyptian government institutions under the topic of 'management strategy and organizational development of executive leadership'.

In particular, the program largely consists of contents tailored to the participants including 'Managing Changes in the Era of Digital Transformation', 'Leadership in the Changing Nature of Work', 'Strategic Management and Digital Revolution for 21st Century'.

Park Kui-chan, the President of KIRD and two professors were invited to give lectures.

The person in charge of training programs in NTA said that he was satisfied with the the program as “the contents were all the more meaningful as they were composed of participatory learning items”.

KIRD plans to continue to cooperate with its global partners signing on MoUs in education through multi-pronged approaches.

* EPLP (Executive Presidential Leadership Program): A leadership program for high level officials of Egyptian government designed for their capacity building including modern policy decision methods, decision making process management, and other skills required to provide public administration services.
