Message from the President
Korea Institute of Human Resources Development in Science and Technology (KIRD) is a public institution under the government of the Republic of Korea, and has been providing training and career development to the nation’s talented scientists and engineers since its establishment in November 2007.
The speed of advancement in science and technology is faster than ever before.
Under such circumstances, scientists and engineers need to keep their eyes on the trend of changes, and they should continuously acquire ever-evolving technologies.
KIRD provides our scientists and engineers with opportunities to learn and adapt to new knowledge, technology, capability so that they can keep up with rapid pace of changes and lead the changes.
From our various online/offline education programs, services designed for career development, consulting and commissioned training programs for S&T institutions to research and investigation activities to support government policies to secure and foster talented scientists and engineers,
we firmly believe that such activities provided by KIRD can contribute to the nation’s future development.
Also, I hope we can do this together with organizations and experts around the world who share the same beliefs and visions as us.
